Hyatt

Since 1957, Hyatt has been creating a world of care for hotel guests and employees all over the world. I had the opportunity to work on two campaigns with them to showcase their ongoing commitment to the global LGBTQ+ community.

Coming Out Day 2020

I conducted stakeholder interviews over Zoom with LGBTQ+ employees from all over the world to tell the story of what it means to be out at Hyatt. Then I worked with the creative team to turn those stories into a series of videos that Hyatt shared on their social channels.

WorldPride 2019

I worked closely with my strategic, creative, and production partners to create a parade float for Hyatt showcasing their ongoing commitment to the LGBTQ+ community. 

The float had a platform with a double-sided bed as the centerpiece, so it would immediately stand out as a recognizable object tied to hospitality. Dancers in pajamas amplified the excitement of the crowds, and a live Pride cam encouraged people to express themselves.
